Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Axis Business Technologies hardware and software installations in the field. Hardware products include multi-functional copiers, laser printers, tablets, notebooks, large screen displays, computers, scanners, shredders, paper folders, and more. The candidate should be able to provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during the repair process. The preferred person will have prior technical experience, a solid IT background, and manufacturer's certification on one or more brands. Candidate must be capable of maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.

Sales Management

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of account representatives and consistently meeting all revenue and unit goals by selling Axis Business Technologies products, systems and services within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess a track record of sales success, sales management, and proven ability to exceed all sales goals. The Sales Manager will have responsibility for ensuring his team maintains account growth within an assigned territory while acquiring new accounts to meet individual and strategic team goals.

Technical Analyst

Our goal is to delight customers when they purchase a product and keep them satisfied throughout the product life-cycle. Employment as a technical analyst makes this happen by providing award-winning service. Understanding all aspects of the technology installation and proper integration with the customer's existing IT infrastructure is key to the overall customer experience. If you have superior IT technical ability and the customer service skills to match, Axis Business Technologies may be the right direction for you. Key functions include hardware and software installation, implementation, configuration, user training, troubleshooting, planning, and a high level of customer assurance skills.
